Jeffrey L. Koenig grew up in Milwaukee, WI, where he graduated from the University School of Milwaukee. After attending college in Oxford, Ohio, at Miami University, Jeff moved back to Milwaukee where he founded his first business in real estate while simultaneously working two jobs in the restaurant industry. In subsequent years, Jeff added to his portfolio by founding, acquiring, or investing in additional businesses in real estate, finance, service, manufacturing, technology, construction, precious metals, and hospitality. These brands now fly under the Sigma Commercial banner with headquarters in downtown Milwaukee.
